With her extensive search experience and passion for connecting people, Lisa Craig is a natural leader at Executive Grid.
Lisa began her career at Donovan and Watkins, a Houston based boutique search firm started in 1982, where for 11 years she worked her way up through various positions to ultimately run the Accounting/Finance division. In this capacity, she oversaw recruiting and business development as well as grew and managed a new division for the company.
In 2003, her husband’s career in energy took the family overseas. During stints in France, Kazakhstan and England, Lisa organized and navigated her household’s moves and integrations into various locations and cultures.
Now back in the states and workforce, Lisa uses her vast experience and people skills, along with her education in speech communications and psychology, to help companies build strong teams and enduring cultures.

She has an exemplary track record of identifying and placing key leadership talent in the C-Suite and beyond. Her functional expertise spans all functional areas, including finance, human resources, sales and marketing, and operations.
She has successfully led the placement of over 500 executive leaders and mid-level professionals, both domestically and internationally.
Mrs. Leaver attended the University of Houston with a concentration in Marketing.

Amanda Bailey brings almost 20 years of experience in the deregulated energy market to Executive Grid. She began her career with the inception of Save On Energy’s commercial brokerage division, which was acquired by Just Energy and rebranded as Interactive Energy Group. She also assisted in developing the national platform for the Save On Energy Exchange and led all residential and commercial consumer strategy development. In addition, she served as liaison for communications between multiple suppliers as well as residential and commercial customers nationwide. In that capacity, she was able to expand the company’s products and services throughout North America.
At Executive Grid, Amanda combines a passion for people with a dedication to initiatives in climate change and energy transition. She’s able to build and strengthen client relationships by responding to their needs with a sense of urgency and quickly becoming their trusted “go-to” partner.

Prior to joining Executive Grid, Christina spent over eight years at Just Energy, most recently as Commercial Account Management & Customer Experience Manager. In that role, her accomplishments included implementing leadership development training, strategizing and launching new team structures based on staffing needs and overseeing organizational changes to maintain morale and productivity.
